| The team investigated this location which is being run as a guest house. Witnesses had experienced noises of cupboards banging and people walking about upstairs when there was nobody else present. The initial investigation revealed a number of unexplained knocks and taps and some pungent odours in one of the bedrooms, which came and went and changed quite dramatically.
